Measures the intensity profile along the pixel-wide backbone of an object and outputs this profile to .

Measure object Gini coefficient

Measure the Gini coefficient of all pixels within each object on an object-by-object basis.

Calculates colocalisation of two input images individually for each object.

Measure object greyscale K-function

Measure's Ripley's K-function for greyscale images on an object-by-object basis.

Measure intensity of each object in a specified image.

Calculates the orientation of structures in each object for a specific image.
