Measure Gini coefficient

Description

Measure the Gini coefficient for all pixels in the specified image. The Gini coefficient measures the inequality in intensity of pixels. A coefficient of 0 indicates perfect intensity homogeneity (all pixels with the same value), while a value of 1 indicates the maximum possible inequality (all pixels are black, except for a single bright pixel).
